Competitive Compensation Package: Monthly Salary: 1,010 EUR gross, paid over 14 months.
Performance Bonus: 140 EUR per 12 months, recognizing your hard work and dedication.
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day, totaling 1,908.72 EUR net per annum.
Transport Allowance: 20 per EUR month, totaling 240 EUR per annum.
Health Insurance: Provided from day one (free after 6 months).
Work-Life Balance: Schedule: Monday to Saturday with rotational shifts from 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM.
2 Days Off: Sunday and one additional rotational day off each week.
Work Model: Remote work with 2 days on-site per week (Braga).
Permanent Contract: Enjoy stability with a 3-month trial period leading to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
Actively manage customer interactions with a focus on providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace and the refurbished device products to offer personalized support.
