As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will have a direct and visible impact on the website by tackling high priority projects while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. You will solve challenging problems, create exciting web experiences, and contribute ideas to a variety of initiatives. You will be involved in both front-end and back-end components of the website, ensuring scalable, secure, and user-friendly standards. Lead the development and maintenance of Company marketing website, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement responsive and user-friendly web pages. Optimize website performance for speed, usability, and search engine visibility. Stay current with emerging web technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our digital marketing offerings Demonstrate proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems, leveraging them to manage and update website content efficiently. Customize and extend CMS functionality to meet specific marketing and business requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for website-related issues. Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and implement web features that enhance user engagement. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure website performance, scalability, and security. Utilize your expertise in back-end development to enhance website functionality, optimize performance, and ensure efficient data handling. Implement and maintain server-side logic, databases, and integrations to support marketing initiatives. O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies, and user interface design. Strong experience with Wordpress and other CMS platforms, custom themes, templates, and reusable blocks. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager). Experience with web forms and tools such as Marketo, Kickbox, Chili Piper. Experience with APIs and connection of websites to MarTech platforms. Comfortable working with Figma, GitHub, Strattic, Google Sheets. Experience leading agile development practices. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to give recommendations and input for technical website improvements (page loading time, form spam prevention, monitoring) Have strong communication skills and be able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing with both technical team members and business owners. Experience with responsive web design. Have reliable testing procedures, in terms of functionality, browser compatibility, and accessibility before deployment . Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards is a plus. Increase web stability, scalability, performance and accessibility by implementing the best web development standards. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
