Marketing Trainee (Immunology & Hematology)Internship lasting 12 months with the aim of providing the candidate with the first contact with a business environment, allowing the acquisition of practical knowledge related to the different management processes of the Marketing area, applied to the Pharmaceutical Industry and prescription medicines.
Requirements: Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, other areas of Health, Management or Marketing;Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);Knowledge of Design tools will be valued;Fluency in English, written and spoken;Creativity, good time management, ability to set deadlines and priorities;Ease of interpersonal relationships, good communication skills, team spirit, initiative/proactivity and ability to work at a demanding pace in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.Key Development Areas: Possibility of working in a multinational context, with a good working environment, in one of the main companies in the sector, solid and dynamic that will be a milestone for the beginning of professional life.Development in 2 therapeutic areas (Immunology and Hematology).Preparation of scientific materials to support the medical visit in coordination with the medical department.Support in the operationalization of the brand's strategy with the sales force;Monitoring the development of promotional actions, using the various communication channels following an omnichannel strategy.Analysis and interpretation of market data, as well as support for the creation of action plans based on the insights collected.Preparation of presentations on various topics. Support to budget management.
