We are seeking a Marketing Trainee who will work with our internal Communication and Marketing team in Portugal. You will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, multinational work environment with a collaborative and international team. This is a one-year program (6+6) that could lead to a permanent position within our company. As a Marketing Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to support our marketing and communication activities in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and executing online and offline events (fairs, partnerships, webinars), including managing registrations, guest lists, marketing collateral, and brand communication.Managing job portals and marketing tools, including user management, training new users, and generating usage reports.Creating and managing mailing lists in the CRM, along with monitoring subsequent reports with the business and marketing team.Managing marketing inboxes, scheduling meetings, and assisting with the organization of marketing activities.Preparing reports on marketing activities using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.Managing corporate merchandising and placing orders when necessary.Assisting in the organization of internal events, including local celebrations, marketing inductions, and guest visits from other countries.Preparing satisfaction and labor market surveys, including extracting lists of respondents and creating reports.Preparing quarterly marketing analytics reports, including Google Analytics and AdWords.Collecting and preparing weekly press releases (press clippings).Managing the annual budget, invoices, and purchase orders.Assisting in the preparation of corporate presentations, whitepapers, and flyers.Uploading articles created by the marketing team to the CMS.Report to the Team Leader based in Madrid, Spain.Ideal ProfileRecent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields with 0-2 years of experience.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Advanced proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal) and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Autonomous, organized, and able to adapt to last minute changes.What We OfferWork in a multinational leader in the recruitment market with a vibrant work environment, inclusive culture, solid and meritocratic career path.Excellent development opportunity in all areas of Marketing (email marketing, website, social media, press contacts, events, content creation, etc.).International and collaborative team.Great opportunities for professional development and effectiveness.Hybrid work (4x1).Lunch allowance.Transportation.Gym.If you want to be part of a vibrant community, learn something new every day and kick off your Marketing career, you are in the right place.
