Job Description We are on the lookout for an innovative and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Manager to lead and manage the technological resources utilized by our creative marketing teams. This pivotal role involves overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of the creative tools that integrate and align with our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to drive creative excellence and scalability across the organization, with a proven track record of managing complex tech stacks and introducing new content creation and distribution methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the technology stack for the Creative and Creative Operations teams, ensuring tools are up-to-date, integrated, and functioning optimally.
Identify and implement new types of content and innovative ways to deliver content, ensuring our strategies remain at the forefront of industry trends.
Collaborate with creative leaders to understand their technology needs and identify solutions that enhance productivity, creativity, and scalability.
Develop a vision for the creative technology roadmap—including rationalization and growth opportunities for the current stack—and incorporate new features to drive innovation.
Manage the asset library (DAM) including integrations, access, folder structures, and taxonomy standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring contract adherence, managing updates, and consulting on renewals.
Lead training sessions and workshops and create enablement materials to ensure teams are fully leveraging the capabilities of our creative and content-delivery technology.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing technology, creative tools, and asset management systems. Recommend upgrades and new tools as needed to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Work closely with the Marketing Technology, IT, Web, Procurement, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure technology implementations meet security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
Establish governance processes for tools that are widely used across the organization, in partnership with Creative Operations, to ensure appropriate access, continuity of brand, and self-service capabilities for our marketing partners.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of technology solutions in meeting creative and content objectives, and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing technology, with a focus on creative tooling.
Demonstrated experience managing a marketing technology stack, including a DAM, creative production software, and collaboration tools. Experience with Adobe is a plus.
Strong understanding of the creative process and the role of technology in content creation, management, and scaling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
