This role will beresponsible for helping create brand awareness and drive applications thatwill enable RWS to deliver on our extensive business offerings.Key tasks include drafting and planning recruitment campaigns, analyzingcampaign results, aligning marketing content with campaign messaging, andworking closely with recruiters and internal clients to ensure recruitmentcampaigns are aligned with the business needs as well as with RWS' visualidentity, tone, and brand guidelines.The successful candidate will be expected to seek continuous improvementand they will have an interest in all aspects of marketing includingcopywriting. They will feel comfortable reporting against KPIs and applyingan analytical approach to their work. They will have experience working ina busy, multi-product environment. Good hands-on Canva experience ispreferable.Experience working to tight deadlines, under pressure, and with strongattention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of recruitment marketing campaigns.Devise recruitment campaigns for the Supply Chain team, writing copy(including promotional and communication emails), and proofreading foraccuracy.Oversee campaign results to optimize channel and advertisingspending.Work with Talent Finders, Talent Managers, and internal clients todevise recruitment actions aligned with the business needs at any giventime.Work with the Campus Programme team to expand RWS collaboration withuniversities in line with the ever-evolving needs of our industry, and theorganization's business offerings.Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a relatedfield.Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies.5+ years of experience working in a marketing role with a focus onrecruitment.Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Native-like fluency in English.Attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous projects arecritical.Graphic design e.G. Adobe Photoshop; Canva.SEO knowledge.Email marketing software e.G.
