What you will be doing: Craft engaging and on-brand content for multiple channels, including website, email, social media, product pages, and landing pages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with European and Local business goals and brand guidelines and to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging.
Tailor messaging for different target audiences and optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and campaigns across the FedEx service portfolio.
Coordinate the execution of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cohesive messaging across all channels.
Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Monitor the performance of content and GTM initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
Work closely with external agencies to drive creative development and implementation.
What do you bring with you: The ideal candidate would demonstrate : Ability to create compelling content (in English) for diverse audiences, with strong editing and adaptation skills across various formats (blogs, social media, video scripts).
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and brand messaging, with experience in multi-channel campaign execution.
Ability to leverage market research and customer insights to inform strategy, with proficiency in digital marketing best practices and metrics.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
