Create captivating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media. Utilize lead generation skills to attract high-quality leads and drive successful sales. Analyze data, interpret metrics, and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies. Deep knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and SMM. Strong analytical abilities to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven conclusions. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills. Competence in intercultural communication, enabling effective collaboration in a multicultural environment. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience working in international companies. Experience in team management or executing large-scale projects. Technical education or experience in the IT field, allowing for a structured and technical approach to marketing. Ability to work with numerical data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns. English B2 or higher.
