We are looking to strengthen our team to publicize this project to high network individuals as well as to our international partners. Job Description: As a Sales Executive at The Lakhani Group, you will take the lead in cultivating corporate accounts, expanding partner relationships, and converting qualified leads into clients / investors (high net worth individuals). You will present our "Golden Visa / Citizenship through Investment" products including our Venture Capital Fund to investors and partners. Duties and Responsibilities · Maintain and manage relationships with Corporate Accounts, namely our international business partners.· Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate account revenue and loyalty.· Proactively engage with immigration and citizenship through investment agencies, worldwide.· Business management B2B and B2C· Be a proactive member in business development.· Implement proactive sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.· Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the industry. Reporting: · Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends and account management activities. Other Activities. · Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Requirements: · Proven 3-5 years sales experience.· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills· Proven success in developing and managing corporate accounts.· Knowledge of the local and international business environment.· Fluency in English and Portuguese.
