You will have a generalist role and be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a 360º multichannel approach and content marketing.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeTropicalize Global Marketing strategies for the Portuguese market.Creating informative and promotional campaigns across multiple channels (email, press, social media, events, website, etc.).Managing and creating content for various platforms, including websites and social media.Coordinating contracts and budgets for marketing platforms, including job portals.Managing and proposing strategic partnerships and events with professional associations and educational institutions.Drafting press releases and maintaining regular contact with media outlets.Planning, management, maintenance, launch, post-analysis, reporting and optimization of communication and marketing activities for Robert Walters in Portugal.Ideal Candidate ProfileDegree in Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.Up to 3 years of experience in similar marketing functions.Native Portuguese and fluency in English (C1-C2 level). To speak Spanish is an extra point.Experience in Digital, managing 360º marcom campaigns and advanced skills in writing, social media, PR, email marketing, and event organization.Knowledge of Google Analytics/Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, and Adobe suite is a plus.Desirable background in Marketing for Services, Consultancy company or Marketing/ Communication Agencies.Valued Soft SkillsWe are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on professional with adaptability to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
