We are supporting our client, SheerMe, in their search for a Marketing Specialist to work in the European market in Lisbon.About Us:SheerMe is a health and wellness innovator, leading the charge with our revolutionary super app. We offer a one-stop shop for users to manage their well-being, empowering them to take control of their health journey.The Role:We're looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team and champion our super app. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving user acquisition across various marketing channels.Responsibilities:Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience;Craft compelling content (blog posts, social media captions, email marketing) that educates, inspires, and motivates users;Manage and grow our social media presence (think engaging posts, community building, influencer outreach);Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials;Stay on top of industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities;Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact;Support with public relations efforts to generate positive brand exposure;Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field;Strong understanding of health and wellness trends;Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling;Proven ability to create engaging and informative content;Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.) a plus;Proficiency in content management systems (CMS);Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred;Creative and results-oriented with a passion for health and wellness;Bonus Points:Experience in the mobile app industry;Experience with influencer marketing;Knowledge of SEO best practices;Video editing skills;Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, a chance to work on a product that makes a difference, and a fun, collaborative work environment.
