About this opportunity Welcome to the Marketing and Communication team. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a valuable role by contributing to our clients' experience in a very innovative, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment. This role is key, and we are looking for a marketing professional with a very hands-on attitude and pragmatic approach.
What you'll be doing: Implement the planning for Marketing Production by prioritizing tasks and establishing deadlinesCoordinate and implement marketing-related deliveries and operations for the different channels/stakeholdersCoordinate the media plan with the agency in the execution and delivery of graphic materials, including development of print ads, digital mass mailings, and web/social media digital assetsMaintain the relationship with external vendors to facilitate production and timely deliveriesSet-up business procedures and processes to support the marketing production and digital operationsSupport client events (fulfilment including giveaways and printings, other marketing collaterals, webinars), including designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairsEnsuring all deliverables adhere to Nordea's branding guidelines and standardsYou will join a multi-skilled and multicultural team of communication professionals and will report directly to the local Head of Marketing Operations.
The role is based in Oeiras.
