As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on technical components. You will manage marketing tools, ensure seamless data flows and integrations, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns;
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases and CRM systems;
Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows.
Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, identifying and resolving integration issues;
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team;
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives;
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals;
Train and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices;
Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to have:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field;
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related role;
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools;
Experience with analyzing data and providing insights;
Excellent project management and organizational skills;
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
