ROLE:- Development Strategy: Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.- Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.- Launch Management: Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams.- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends.- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer- Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity and ambition- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true start-up, agile environment with early responsibility for key decision-making EDUCATION:- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
