Marketing Manager

Adecco Recruitment is seeking for its client in Oporto, a skilled Marketing Manager specialized in Lifecycle and Loyalty Programs.Position Overview:Supervise and mentor a team of 10 professionals focusing on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty through affinity and rewards programs.Design and implement affinity and rewards programs with vendors, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and align with business strategies to boost customer loyalty and value.Oversee external vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreement compliance, and manage budgets.Manage marketing strategies like onboarding, retention, win-back, and loyalty initiatives using customer data to personalize experiences.Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate program effectiveness and generate regular performance reports and recommendations for senior management.Partner with teams across product, marketing, IT, and analytics to integrate programs with FedEx's broader customer experience strategy.Desired Skills & Competencies:Proven ability to lead teams, coach, and foster collaboration.Significant (5-10 years) of experience in the area;General undergraduate degree (e.g. Bachelor's Degree);Fluent English;Experience working across regions and managing stakeholders in matrix organizations.Strong vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and partnership management skills.Deep knowledge of affinity and rewards programs, EU regulatory frameworks, and data protection.Experience collaborating with data analysts to leverage insights for program optimization.Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, covering acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.Location: OportoType: Full-time
