We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our office in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:Strategic planning and execution or business development support:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our firm's international goals, including creating an annual plan and budget for marketing requirements.Propose schedule locations and suitable attendee seminars and expeditions.Maintain a list of potential clients.Manage the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reach through portals, websites, press releases & electronic media advertisements.Monitor new marketing trends and industry news to keep our brand at the forefront of architectural innovation.Content creation and brand management:Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including print collaterals (brochures, proposals, media advertisements, leaflets, pamphlets, calendars, posters, or any other printed items).Multimedia marketing assets (video content showcasing, etc).Specialized marketing channels (professional platform profiles, industry-specific digital platforms, content marketing materials like blog posts, and forums).Manage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging, coordinating with the graphic and communication team.Manage a team of designers and communication specialists.Oversee press release development and placement, such as interviews, press releases, reports, etc.Optimize digital marketing strategies to improve customer experience and effectiveness.Digital marketing and analytics:Lead content development for social media and the firm's website.Analyse performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadership.Implement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools.Internal & external meetings:Arrange internal meetings & sessions with staff and management to present performance analysis and plan.Progress reporting:Prepare month-wise actual progress data against plans & goals.Present monthly/quarterly progress reports of his area in management meetings.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or equivalent.8 to 10 years' experience in marketing in a similar industry.Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands.Excellent project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving, enthusiastic and hard-working.Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Cultural sensitivity and understanding of global markets.Hands-on experience in marketing management, demonstrating a proactive approach.Ability to set and achieve clear goals and targets.If you are ready to make a significant impact and, if your profile matches, submit your CV in English by January 10th.
