The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing efforts, managing our brand, generating new leads, strengthening the relationship with clients through engaging content, and fostering key partnerships. This position is integrated into our recent Marketing and Sales Department and it is key to the company's expansion and sustainable growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Developing Marketing Strategy: Work closely with company leadership to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
Brand Management: Enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Communication and Content: Develop and manage content marketing strategies to nurture relationships with existing clients and partners. Coordinate the production of engaging and relevant content for our audiences.
Internal Communication: Ensure that our team keeps in love with our mission and understands well our strategies and value proposition.
Partnerships Management: Management of a win-win partnership with Salesforce and other relevant partners.
RECRUITMENT SELECTION CRITERIA
Mandatory
Experience as a B2B Marketer or Marketing Management (minimum 3 years).
Good communication skills (spoken and written) in Portuguese and English (C1/C2 level).
Degree or relevant training in Marketing or Management.
Non-profit organizations' knowledge (subjects such as fundraising, volunteering, and social impact).
Experience in partnership development for sales purposes.
Proficiency in content development (copy).
CRM Salesforce (or similar solutions) knowledge and experience.
CONTRACT AND BENEFITS
REMOTE base (around 80%), from Portugal. At least 2 monthly meetings in the North Office (S. João da Madeira).
Full-time.
Salary according to experience + annual bonus according to professional performance and company results.
