We expect you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, enjoy and promote open collaboration inside the team and be prepared to handle challenging situations.Accountabilities:Desing & implement pricing strategy for the Family Segment, that include fixed/convergent offers and mobile voice stand-alone post-paid offers.Ensure that all offers are available across commercial and customer service channelsManage offers on sales assistants toolsManage commercial offer catalog and campaigns databaseDefine business rules, operational procedures and support information for different channelsMonitor business indicators and seek continuous improvementMonitor IT developments and manage offer/project implementation with all stakeholders involved.Who you areBachelor's or master's preferably in Management, Economics or MarketingGood analytical and critical thinking skillsResults-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy.Sharp problem-solving skillsCustomer-centricity focusKnowledge of the Telco business and market, namely products and services provided by Vodafone (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively with team (using Agile methodologies) and capacity to manage multidisciplinary project teamsProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointEnglish Language proficiency (spoken and written).Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.What's in it for youWe want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
