The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external communications activity, including sales and marketing collateral, web content management and design, press releases, presentations, and other digital marketing platform contents.
Design and implement various promotional and advertising campaigns to include adopting market-specific promotional collateral and demonstrations.
Plan and coordinate marketing programs and promotions with Sales as part of the 1-year and 3-year Sales and Marketing Plans.
Supervise and oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and support sales lead generation.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and data, and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
Plan marketing materials and supplies needed to support programs and promotions.
Coordinate with Supply personnel in the procurement of marketing supplies.
Develop marketing contracts with Customers, where applicable.
Support the use of the ExxonMobil brand/s.
Coordinate any Supplier marketing financial assistance or promotional programs, where applicable.
Develop a survey of customer awareness and satisfaction of marketing programs and activities.
Direct market research to identify new leads and new markets.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-4 years' experience in marketing plan development (completeness and execution).
Ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Assessments completed (internal and customer).
Target sector customer awareness (survey results).
Years of marketing experience; Agency supervisory experience a plus.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
