A equipa diversificada (mais de 80 colaboradores) é um dos pilares do sucesso da empresa, estando preparada para enfrentar os maiores desafios do mercado, nomeadamente os de base tecnológica.Descrição da FunçãoA day in Ubiwhere as a Marketing Manager:Design and definition of marketing strategies;Undertake actions to reinforce external recognition of Ubiwhere as an R&D agent, intervening at the level of community management in the area of research;Generate content to consolidate the image of Ubiwhere as a cutting-edge technological company and add value for the sectors of Smart cities and Telecom;Maintain Ubiwhere's external communication with quality, which implies management of communication content, social media management, public relations;Oversee the company flows of information and internal communication;Lead the participation, organization and execution of national and international events aligned with the company's strategies (international trade shows);Report to top level management the performance in terms of results, impacts and operations in the communication and marketing team;Coordinate the work of the team members by leading the vision of the department, inspiring and motivating the crew.What you'll need:Degree in Social sciences, Technology or Economy;At least 3 years experience in Science communication/Business communication;Organizational representation skills;Translate complex content into simpler language for the public;Create content for different target audiences;Ability of critical content review;Fluent both in Portuguese and English;Expertise in MS Office;Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.Our promise:Work in a casual but exciting and motivational atmosphere; Remuneration compatible with experience; Extra benefits such as health insurance and training; Stability in a growing company.LocalizaçãoAveiro, Portugal
