We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You are responsible for designing and implementing the acquisition marketing strategy. You monitor the results and profitability of your actions, are proactive, and work towards the continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Missions: Implementation of the acquisition strategy (targeting, channel, message) to achieve the funnel objectives (MQL/SQL/RDV)Monitor the lead journey, from acquisition to conversion by the sales teamDeploy multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, SEA, retargeting, emailing, display, etc.) via online channelsDesign and distribute impactful marketing content to increase the visibility of our solutions and generate traffic to the siteEnsure lead nurturing (particularly via Account Engagement) until their conversion. Test, measure, and analyze performanceCoordinate and communicate with all stakeholders in the Software business (Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Product Development, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end action plansRequired profile: With higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing / growth hacking, acquired in BtoB, ideally in a SaaSProven expertise in digital acquisition (SEA, SMO, social media)Business vision essentialMastery of web Analytics tools and CRMWriting skills and graphic sensitivityYou are comfortable with digital tools (knowledge of computer language appreciated) and autonomous in the implementation and optimization of online campaignsFluent EnglishYou are curious, proactive, and autonomous
