About your future Team The Marketing Intelligence Specialist, part of the MKT Performance team, has the main mission of supporting the Commercial teams with strategic knowledge, maximizing the company's performance in the market.
Their main function is to boost competitiveness, differentiation and the identification of new growth opportunities for Galp, based on data.
In order to achieve this goal, the team carries out day-to-day integrated analysis of the market and the competition (Competitive Analysis), an in-depth understanding of the consumer and evaluation of our customers (Consumer & Customer Insights), always focused on the needs of the business.
How will your day-to-day look like? Continuously analyze information on consumer trends, customer behaviors, emerging regulations, competitor and market monitoring, converting this data into intelligence for the business;Monitor marketing campaigns, market share and customer satisfaction metrics for benchmarking;Aggregate and interpret information from a variety of sources, transforming it into actionable market and competitor insights, with the aim of driving Galp's differentiation and competitive advantage;Identifying potential segments and constantly monitoring them in all areas of information;Identify opportunities and develop integrated strategic recommendations, both globally and by product, based on the analysis carried out and on continuous collaboration with internal teams;Producing comprehensive, easy-to-understand reports that enable clear communication with the various stakeholders (including interaction and active collaboration with external partners).What makes you unique?
