Project Description:

Client: An American online social media and social networking service, the world's most popular social networking website.
Role: Help users connect with friends and family by sharing status updates, personal photos, and other items of interest.

Responsibilities:

Contact new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities.
Acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
Consult with clients to provide the best solutions for their business goals.
Use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals.
Regularly provide product feedback from customers to help improve advertising products.

Requirements:

Fluent-level written and verbal communication skills in German.
B2/C1 level in English.
Availability to work in rotating shifts.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
