.Position: Marketing Expert RepresentativeLocation: Lisbon, PortugalEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email daily to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions for their business goals.Demonstrating commitment to consultative sales to serve client goals effectively.? Managing a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients to grow revenue for their businesses.Prioritizing outreach plans across the assigned portfolio based on client understanding and needs.Researching and gaining a fundamental understanding of verticals/markets/industries and client business models.Being experienced and well-versed with local business nuances to customize the experience for local advertisers.Providing personalized client recommendations to meet varying needs.Improving the client's experience by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption, proactively and reactively engaging to assess and optimize product performance continuously.Developing an expert working knowledge of client advertising solutions (including measurement) and their impact on performance.Exhibiting curiosity by actively learning and teaching others and sharing ideas to enhance ad products and the customer experience.Managing a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients as needed to grow revenue.Providing pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope and area of knowledge.Becoming knowledgeable about all Facebook Advertising solutions.Identifying trends, solving problems, and providing vital product insights and feedback.Championing and producing success stories for advertisers who have grown their businesses using Facebook products.Utilizing a variety of tools to effectively communicate and drive advertisers' businesses to success.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in Greek (C2), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency statusComputer and Internet literateExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently, while being team player at the same timeAble to work rotating shiftsSuccess in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.BENEFITS:40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 17:00
