You'll work closely with the Global Demand Generation Director for Public Sector and Nonprofit and regional marketing teams to ensure all aspects of our campaigns run smoothly.Responsibilities:Assist with research and analysis for target audience identification, segmentation and campaign development.Support content creation and analyze marketing campaigns and channels (social media, email, collateral, 3rd party campaigns and website) by gathering information, analyzing data and creating reports.Schedule and manage email campaigns and the delivery of content campaigns using designated marketing tools, also working with regional teams on the delivery of localized campaigns.Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials internally and with GTM Partners (e.G., brochures, whitepapers, social posts, events, webinars, presentations) by collaborating with creative and content teams.Collate and monitor campaign performance metrics and provide basic reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.Manage and track marketing budgets and expenses.Stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines efficiently.QualificationsAssociate's degree in Marketing or equivalent, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Proven organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English essential.Proficiency in or basic knowledge of marketing software (e.G., Microsoft Office Suite, Marketo, social media scheduling tools).Ability to work independently and take initiative.Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.Knowledge of or affinity with the Non For Profit sector would be an advantage
