We are looking for a Marketing Director to encourage our team.Job Description:The Marketing Director will have the responsibility to design, propose, and implement the marketing strategy of Pluricosmética, as well as of the brands represented by it, aiming to reinforce its positioning and image;This person will also be responsible for the communication and media activities to create awareness for the brand Pluricosmética;The job will also include the need to brainstorm/generate ideas, together with the team, for promotional plans, and events and organize their execution in an effective and efficient manner;Control budgets and allocate resources in an efficient way;Design, produce, and implement store's communication;Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships;Revenue Management – Increase the company's market share and maximize revenues;Team Management.Job framework:The Marketing Director will report hierarchically to the CEO of Pluricosmética.The profile we are looking for:Proven experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Director;Experienced with current online marketing techniques and best practices;Excellent leadership and organization skills;Analytical and creative thinking;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Customer-oriented approach;Passion for the job;Experience in similar activities in retail will be a plus.If you identify with this profile, send us your application.
