Marketing Director (Digital Marketing Agency) Hello, Marketing Directors!

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing agency's strategic initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, ensuring they align with our clients' objectives and deliver measurable results. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our agency's reputation and expanding our client base.
This role is a full-time position.
Requirements
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing leadership role (CMO, HOM, Dir. of Marketing, etc.)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing marketing teams
Proven 3+ years of experience leading growth initiatives or managing a digital agency, with a focus on PR, SEO, content, or a combination of these areas
Strong expertise in SEO and content marketing, with a deep understanding of current content and AI trends
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Drive revenue growth and profitability for the business by implementing effective marketing strategies
Hire and build a talented team as needed to support business objectives
Expand and grow the product line to meet market demands and customer needs
Stay up-to-date with current technology and content trends
Regularly check in with and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale
Edit and oversee all content operations to ensure quality and consistency
Review and update business processes related to content to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage and oversee content ROI to ensure marketing efforts are delivering value
Aggressively leverage AI tools to grow and scale the business efficiently
