Marketing Coordinator (M/F) - Oliveira Do Bairro

RMC Surfaces S.A. is hiring!
We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.
Main tasks:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns;
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning;
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels;
Create marketing materials, like brochures, flyers, presentations and promotional items;
Manage the company's online presence – including social media, website and email marketing;
Analyze web traffic and other online metrics to improve the digital marketing performance;
Plan and execute company events, trade shows and other promotional activities;
Participate in the creation of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources;

Qualifications:

University degree in Marketing or related field;
Previous experience in a Marketing manager role (preferred);

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English;
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools);
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities;
Strong project management and organizational skills.
