We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This professional will play a key part in reshaping a website's layout and content, and supporting digital marketing efforts. This position requires a mix of creative strategy and technical ability to elevate the brand's online presence, engage the target audience, and drive growth. Requirements:A BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Management, Communication, Social Communication, Media Studies, Applied Communication (or other, but with experience and aptitude in the described areas);Comprehensive mastering of the marketing processes (planning, market research, marketing-mix management, communication, analytics, ...);Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills;Creative production capacity (content development, social media, online and offline promotional materials, email marketing, etc.);Knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to set up page layouts, integrate new content, and troubleshoot functionality issues;Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, particularly in assessing and improving website layout, user flow, and engagement;Proactive, organised and results-driven;High sense of rigor, attention to detail and responsibility;Ability to coordinate and support logistics across events and projects (overseeing preparation and delivery of materials, requesting quotes from suppliers…)Other preferred attributes:Familiarity with basic image editing/creation tools, such as Figma, Canva, or similar;Knowledge of graphic design and advanced image editing software;Previous experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive content strategies;Experience working on LinkedIn or other social media platforms to drive engagement and followership growth.If you are interested in this opportunity, please fill out the questionnaire and upload your CV on this application form.
