We are looking for an Amazing: Marketing & Communication Specialist
Seniority: Junior (1-3 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. The candidates must be in Portugal.
The amazing you, will have:
What you'll be doing on a daily basis:
Manage and analyze our social media platforms, creating creative and strategic content;
Assist in organizing events;
Work on communication projects that make a real impact;
Coordinate the creation of merchandising that everyone will want to have;
Create and update marketing content.
What we're looking for:
Passion for marketing, communication, and social media;
Creativity with a strategic mindset;
At least 2 years of experience in the marketing area;
Willingness to work in a team and make a difference;
Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
Previous experience in the field;
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc;
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms;
Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.);
Experience with Google Analytics or other measurement tools;
Ability to adjust strategy based on data to maximize results;
Content Planning and Definition:
Establish clear objectives (e.g., increase followers, boost engagement);
Audience interaction: Respond to comments and messages, creating a relationship with followers;
Content Creation:
Creativity: Ability to craft engaging visual and written posts that captivate the audience;
Copywriting: Capable of writing short, effective texts that engage and generate interaction;
