As Regional Marketing Communications Specialist for Kemin Health, you will be responsible for all marketing activities for the European and LATAM region. The Marketing Specialist advances the company's strategic goals by leading marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for the assigned regions. This role involves managing projects, events, and trade shows, negotiating contracts, and evaluating ROI under the Manager's guidance. The Specialist ensures projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities: As Regional Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be the go-to person for the sales team and product manager in the region. Under the guidance of the Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating the global marketing strategy into the region. Your responsibilities include: Project Management: Oversee marketing and communications projects, budgets, strategies, and timelines. Innovation: Implement new marketing technologies and strategies and determine the ROI on our marketing efforts. Brand Awareness: Lead PR efforts, including copywriting and promotional materials to enhance marketing effectiveness. Content Creation: Develop marketing materials and sales toolboxes such as internal and external presentations. Event Management: Plan and manage events, including Innovation Day and customer visits, and international tradeshows. Market Research: Analyze market share and competitive environment and share details with the product managers and sales teams. Strategic Communication: Develop target markets and promotional plans and align, collaborate with agencies. Advertising: Execute advertising and promotion activities. Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to implement marketing strategies. Sales Support: Align with sales teams for growth plans and customer segmentation and assist with forecast reviews and customer reviews. Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing and content delivery. Qualifications: Master's in Marketing or related field, or technical background in Pharmaceuticals – biochemistry or Biology. 2-3 years working experience. Strategic and innovative thinker. Analytical mind – able to translate the data into business strategy. Basic understanding of Social Media. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and Portuguese. Result-oriented and driven personality, who takes ownership in work and career. Organizational talent with an eye for detail. Self-starter: Reliable, flexible, with strong initiative and professionalism under pressure. Advanced PC knowledge.
