Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager, focused on Brand and Content Marketing to lead our communication efforts at Rovo (an intermediary between fashion brands and factories, providing supply chain management, sourcing, product development, and other services), and support on our other two business divisions: Index (our direct-to-consumer brand), and Assembly (focused on producing merchandise for brands, combining a powerful digital platform with a fully integrated supply chain). This role will be responsible for developing and executing tailored external communication strategies for each project, managing social media, and overseeing the digital content creation team, including the Digital Content Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand marketing and communication strategies, demonstrating strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for Rovo and support with Index and Assembly, ensuring each project's unique goals and audience are addressed.
Manage the communication department, including supervising the Digital Content Specialist and other team members.
Oversee the management and growth of social media channels for all three projects, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Ensure high-quality digital content is created and utilized effectively across platforms, collaborating with the Digital Content Specialist.
Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all communication channels for each project.
Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, PR firms, journalists, and partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of communication strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communication, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must Have:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in-house or agency
Minimum 3 years managing a team of marketers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record with experience in marketing and communication.
Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for multiple projects or brands.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the textile or fashion industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website management.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software.
Background in market research and analysis.

The hiring budget for this position is in the range of € 28,000 to € 35,000 (yearly gross salary).
