We are committed to minimising our environmental impact, supporting ethical practices, and promoting positive social change to create a more inspiring future for all.Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager, focused on Brand and Content Marketing to lead our communication efforts at Rovo (an intermediary between fashion brands and factories, providing supply chain management, sourcing, product development, and other services), and support on our other two business divisions: Index (our direct-to-consumer brand), and Assembly (focused on producing merchandise for brands, combining a powerful digital platform with a fully integrated supply chain). This role will be responsible for developing and executing tailored external communication strategies for each project, managing social media, and overseeing the digital content creation team, including the Digital Content Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand marketing and communication strategies, demonstrating strong communication skills and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for Rovo and support with Index and Assembly, ensuring each project's unique goals and audience are addressed. Manage the communication department, including supervising the Digital Content Specialist and other team members. Oversee the management and growth of social media channels for all three projects, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Ensure high-quality digital content is created and utilized effectively across platforms, collaborating with the Digital Content Specialist. Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all communication channels for each project. Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, PR firms, journalists, and partners. Conduct market research and analysis to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
