We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (20 hours/week) to join our Automation Marketing team in Lisbon. You bring strong problem-solving abilities that help you objectively analyze and tackle challenges, and your attention to detail is top-notch. With a keen interest in marketing automation, a passion for data, and an analytical mindset, you'll be responsible for data wrangling and cleaning, managing our marketing automation system, and ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization with our CRM platform.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various teams, especially Data & Analytics, and report directly to the Marketing Automation Lead.Support in identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasetsManage data transformation by converting data into a format that can be easily analyzed, which may involve aggregating, reshaping, or enriching the dataSupport in combining data from different sources and providing a unified viewSupport in managing our marketing automation system Document and keep thorough records of all data sources, methodologies, and processesYou are an enrolled student in the field of Marketing, Media, Business administration, or a similar degreeOutstanding data analytical and creative skills A growth mindset and an out-of-the-box thinkingDesire to learn more and specialize in marketing automationGood at planning ahead and sticking to clear timelines and deadlinesGreat team player who thrives in collaborative environments Fluent in English, both written and spokenEnthusiastic to learn more about our productsBasic knowledge or experience with a marketing automation tool such as Account Engagement/Pardot, Hubspot, Active Campaign, MarketoNice to have: Account Engagement Specialist Certification Don't meet every single requirement?
