About the role If the words Marketing Cloud, Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and e-mail automation journeys are right up your alley and you are the type of person who enjoys creating the best client experience whilst creatively thinking and putting on paper a delicate and beautiful marketing strategy, then this job is for you! You will be asked to be in charge of managing Goldenergy's marketing automation project through marketing campaigns and journeys.
What will be your responsibilities? Design and imagine Customer Journeys for potential customers to increase conversion; Design and imagine Customer Journeys for current customers (leads) to build a trademark and promote actions: use of App, Referral WOW; Lead the implementation of the Marketing Automatization SW together with IT providers; Definition of content, including copywriting, for Email Marketing, SMS, APP Notification, letters and landing pages; Build transactional customer journeys to help improve Cx and improve customer service at the same time while building on the Goldenergy values; Design and imagine customer journeys of the entire customer lifecycle, such as acquisition, engagement, onboarding, lead nurturing, loyalty upsell or cross-sell, win back, and retention campaigns; Be the Marketing representative in some Project squads such, as Member get Member, Winback, etc; Ensure compliance while executing marketing campaigns, transactional communications, and collecting data; Works with segmentation of customer database. What you'll bring? Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or Psychology or have an equivalent form of education; Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Marketing Cloud Salesforce or other) CRM, Google Analytics, Power BI; Acknowledged of GDPR regulations; Hands on experience in copywriting; The ability to create lifecycle campaigns; The ability to create and work with customer segmentation. Nice to have (Bonus points)
