The Marketing Automation Scrum Master be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and ensuring the Marketing Automation team delivers high-quality solutions on time and within budget. A strong background in Marketing Cloud administration and development, along with proven experience in Agile methodologies, are essential assets to successfully drive our delivery activities. Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability
