Face challenges and learn other ways of thinking and seeing the world - there's always room for your energy and creativity.About the roleA Marketing Automation Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical marketing automation solutions.They work closely with business stakeholders to achieve the best technical solution that also meets organizational requirements.As a part of your job, you will: Analyse Business requirements and translate them into the best technical marketing solution; Help Business teams defining a Marketing Roadmap; Design, build, and maintain scalable Marketing solutions that meet the Campaign/Marketing Managers requirements; Identify the best practices when implementing a Marketing Automation solution. What are we looking for? Strong understanding of marketing concepts; Knowledge in PEGA, or other marketing automation technologies (Adobe Campaign or similar); Proficiency in SQL; Good analytical and research skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills. Personal traits:Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and ClientsTeamwork skills but also sense of autonomyMotivation for international projects and ok if travel is includedWillingness to collaborate with other playersStrong communication skills We want people who like to roll up their sleeves and open their minds.
