Descrição Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on brand management.Oversee the website, SEO, social media, and influencer engagement, ensuring consistent updates and alignment with brand objectives.Manage budgets for marketing activities and oversee the creation and review of marketing collateral.Assist in the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns, media relations, and corporate initiatives.Support the organization and management of company events.Review and refine sales documentation and templates.Support sales mapping, tracking, and reporting.Monitor, control, and archive sales processes and documentation.Prepare closing documents and welcome kits for clients.Maintain client records and coordinate property visits and assessments.Liaise with external partners to ensure effective collaboration.Contribute to product definition and development processes.Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Respond to inquiries and manage communications across teams.Collaborate closely with architecture, project management, and post-sales teams to ensure aligned project delivery.Perfil ideal Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years in a relevant marketing or sales support role, ideally with exposure to high-level brand and strategy work.Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced planning and organizational abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel).Vantagens This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a dynamic work environment.
