Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is fluent in English, obsessed with internet culture, and has a passion for content creation and fashion. In this role, you will support the marketing team with a focus on social media, influencer outreach, and digital marketing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the fast-paced world of fashion marketing, helping to grow Minga London's online presence and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Support the creation, curation, and scheduling of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Conduct trend research to ensure the brand stays current and relevant in fashion and social media landscapes. Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and external partners to amplify brand visibility. Help with influencer marketing and outreach, identifying key influencers and managing communication for collaborations. Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Engage with Minga London's online community through comments, messages, and other interactions. Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Deep passion for fashion, social media, and internet trends. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Experience with content creation tools Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across various projects.
