Responsabilities
•Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, suppliers and partners on marketing department;
•Create the social media plan and content (copywritting, video, image) for diferent channels, aligned with Marketing Manager stratety -
• Work with agencies including suppliers of design, print, merchandise, PR and literature fulfilment to deliver campaign support (Coordinate with 3rd party agencies such as PR and Design, regular contact with MEDIA for PR activities insuring relevant news are published);
• Providing administrative support to the marketing department/daily tasks;
• Create valuable content, SEO oriented, B2C and B2B;
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Manage all marketing-related business processing such as suppliers invoicing;
• Helping in internal marketing iniciatives– meetings, thematic days, institucional communications;
• Coordination distribute marketing materials to sales and technical team;
• Helping in market research – how our competitors operate and ideas to consistently beat the competition and gain share;
• Support targeted retailer activation on & offline to elevate brand partnerships and maximise available brand assets.
• Assist Marketing Department on offline and online presence
Skills and qualifications
Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Superb organizational and time-management abilities
Experience working on a as a social media platform
Develop and write high-quality copy for various marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, website copy, and other promotional materials.
Basic knowledge in generative AI
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube and Facebook
Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, and understanding of web analytics tools (social and web)
An analytical eye and a good sense for the type of content that performs best depending on platform and objective
