The role of the Marketing Analytics Specialist & Business Developer is to support the FPA business unit by developing actions that add value and position Biopharma and Technology & Services portfolio across the food chain value.
Main roles & responsibilities include:
Develop and implement the marketing plan for Technology and Solutions with the commercial team;
Maximize resources and approach towards One Health challenges;
Develop an approach that leverages Our Company AH in the market;
Connect food chain stakeholders through technology in collaboration with Omnichannel teams and food chain business developers;
Position Our Company AH towards EU policies;
Promote TS across stakeholders, positioning Our Company AH on traceability and the "Farm to Fork" Strategy;
Focus on animal traceability and ensuring the sustainability of the food chain supply;
Develop the Life monitoring business connecting with Biopharma portfolio;
Understand market dynamics and customer insights;
Localize global commercial strategies into Country Brand Strategy localization;
Build and lead local tactical and commercial execution plans;
Build Customer Omnichannel Engagement plan in collaboration with the Omnichannel Campaign Manager;
Create brand key messages and narratives for sales force;
Forecast sales for brands/products;
Educate sales teams on brand-related topics;
Manage KOL relationships and represent Our Company at conferences & promotional events;
Manage new product launches and cross-functional team projects;
Manage allocated resources and product budgets;
Design and implement scientific customer events and manage sponsorship of external events;
Education, Skills & Experience
Degree or Master in Animal Health Science or Economics and Management;
Post degree in Sales and Marketing is a plus;
Knowledge of Food Production Animals Market;
Expertise in Market Access is a plus;
Expertise in animal traceability is a plus;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the function;
Proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English;
Knowledge of Portuguese legislation;
