At Adecco recruitment we are looking for Marketing Analysts to be part of a new project in Porto. You will have the oportunity to be part of one of the largest transportation companies in the world.
The challenge Develop a profound understanding of our customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities
Deliver insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions
Involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to influence customer touch points to realise more successful interactions and improve ROI.
Develop advanced tools for a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.
Developing and managing reporting of KPIs to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies
Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise
Your Skillset Expertise in Data Analysis Tools Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.
Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python , etc.) is a benefit
Very good planning and organisational skills
Strong Analytical Skills Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
