Marketing Analyst

The Culinary Backstreets marketing analyst will work to continuously oversee the implementation, create revisions and track progress through reporting tools.
Responsibilities Determine marketing goals, KPIs, and objectives
Boost organic social posts
Run meta ads
Run Google ads
Create HubSpot workflows for drip campaigns
Create newsletters in HubSpot with direction of editorial
SEO work
Analyze marketing by channel
Create and analyze performance by customer segmentation and persona
Track KPIs and present reports on a monthly basis
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Manage landing pages, product pages, and conversion rate optimization
Plan for SEO guides as a tool for organic audience and customer growth
Priorities Quickly and effectively gain a thorough understanding of CB business, customer base, and current marketing channels
Subscriber segmentation
List cleaning
Optimize paid channels - paid social, paid search
Generate reporting dashboards for KPI tracking/reporting
Qualifications 5+ years working in marketing organizations
Experience in marketing for tourism and/or media organizations
Experience with HubSpot
Experience working with international teams
Experience in paid and organic campaigns
Experience with Google ads
Fluent in social media
Experience with video, a plus
Experience with AI tools, a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: 2,000.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
