Marketing Analyst - Commercial Execution At Adecco Recruitment, we are looking for Marketing Analysts to be part of a new project in Porto. You will have the opportunity to be part of one of the largest transportation companies in the world.
The Challenge Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape, and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities.
Deliver insight & recommendations through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions across functions, regions, and business partners.
Involved with matching demand & supply for both short and midterm across customer segments, networks, global regions, and market situations.
Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups.
Develop advanced tools for a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analyzing the key drivers to results.
Developing and managing reporting of KPIs to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise.
Your Skillset Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and present data.
Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc.) is a benefit.
Very good planning and organizational skills.
Curiosity and team player attitude.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels.
Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
