This role aims to ensure the alignment of market transformation with enterprise goals and priorities, solving and advocating for market-specific nuances and challenges (e.g., capacity / resourcing).
The Market PMO will drive transformation in connection with other local priorities / projects and run-the-business activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesMarket Alignment: Coordinate market transformation to ensure alignment and delivery of the Accelerating the Arches vision across the three strategic advantages - Consumer, Restaurant, Company.
Collaborate closely with market leadership, Enterprise Transformation Office and program leadership to seamlessly integrate and execute programs, such as GBS, ArchOS, MCX , etc.
in market.Integrated Market Roadmap: Drive integration of market roadmap and ongoing change control in alignment with Enterprise Transformation Office governance and process.
Track execution progress, triage and escalate risks and proactively resolve issues.
Facilitate horizontal coordination among market teams to promote a shared understanding of interdependencies.
Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap, adapting plans to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or external factors.Capacity Planning and Execution Management: Understand resource and skill needs of market personnel to support transformation initiatives.
Assess existing market capacity and enable talent planning with market leadership and People team.
Support mobilization of in-market teams for each initiative in partnership with global programs (part-time SMAs, full-time, backfills, etc.
).Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management and Escalation: Act as key liaison with various stakeholders, including global, segment and market leadership to drive alignment.
Escalate key issues and risks as needed.
Partner with in-market Change Management & Comms teams to foster buy-in across teams and with franchisees and effectively communicate progress and key changes throughout the transformation.
Drive "share & steal" opportunities across markets and programs.Qualifications:Educations & Certifications:Project Mgmt.
Professional (PMP®) CertifiedBachelor's degree in business, Communications, HR, Data & Analytics, or related field.Skills and Experience: You will have significant experience in optimizing project management at country or business level: Alignment with Corporate Strategy:Balances segment/country-specific needs with overall organizational goals.Aligns with Segment PMO Lead to prioritize initiatives.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate seamlessly with internal & external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Understand impact how change will impact.Excellent Execution:Monitors performance metrics and adjusts processes & priorities as needed.Additional Information:Good to know:A willingness to travel between the markets you cover (Italy, Spain, Portugal) is paramount.
The role may also involve limited ad-hoc travel elsewhere in Europe and the USA to work with global colleagues.
