Market Operation Technician

Job Description We are looking for a  Market Operation Technician  to join our Market Demand Team.
Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately; Customer contact; Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers; Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback; Contact suppliers (plant).
