Key Responsibilities: Harnessing market research and insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and provide expert guidance to our recruitment team. Innovating sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates, utilizing tools like direct outreach, networking, and social media. Building a robust talent pipeline, anticipating market trends and proactively tackling recruitment challenges. Working closely with hiring managers to craft custom sourcing plans that meet specific talent needs. Keeping a finger on the pulse of industry movements, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices to advise and enhance our recruitment process. Mentoring junior sourcing colleagues, elevating their skills and knowledge in strategic sourcing. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, with a demonstrated ability to leverage market insights. A proven ability to attract stellar candidates using creative, proactive sourcing methods. Strong communication skills, capable of forging lasting relationships with various stakeholders. Analytical prowess, especially in interpreting sourcing data to improve strategies. A proactive and results-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and other sourcing tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization remains competitive by identifying and attracting exceptional talent through strategic market insights.
