We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with basic automation skills and a desire to develop further in this area to join our R&D team remotely. You will report directly to the Manager, QA here at Sauce
\n What You'll Do:Perform manual testingCreate, update and maintain test artifactsWork with Team Leaders and Developers to design and execute test plansBe responsible for feature testing and approval for releaseContribute to the development and improvement of the test automation frameworkUnderstand how system works and suggest ways to improve What You Bring:At least 5 years of manual QA experienceStrong API testing backgroundProficient knowledge of REST APITesting tools experience (Postman, DevTools, Fiddler/Charles Proxy, Swagger)Experience in managing and delivering quality work in environments with shifting prioritiesBasic experience with automation QAGood understanding of QA processes and SDLC including agile methodologiesFamiliarity with scripting and programming languagesExperience working with: Logs and investigating incidents in the system Test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.) Logs & metrics (DataDog, Sentry, etc.)Problem-solving and effective communicationEnthusiastic about learning new technologies and systemsAble to organize yourself and work remotelyAbility to communicate fully in English (reading, writing, and verbally)Ability to meet deadlines and shifting prioritiesResourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated Would Be a Plus:
