The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a multinational environment driving strategic objectives such as compensation reviews, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, training & Development, culture and engagement.Location: Evora (onsite)Why Join UsJoin one of the largest Automotive manufacturing plants in Portugal specialized in E-Mobility.Opportunities to work with high-level stakeholders.Have a strategic input and drive initiatives.Uncapped career development opportunities – Reach your full potential.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the leadership team to strengthen the strategic business focus on site.Partner with business & functional leaders to review the effectiveness of current organization design.Drive People Agenda / Talent Management.Influence and contribute to strategic initiatives of the site with a primary focus on annual compensation reviews, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, training & Development, Culture and Engagement.Plan and strengthen the Strategic workforce capabilities through a systematic approach and talent forecasting and planning tools while also building flexibility and agility considering the cyclical nature of our business.Drive Culture and engagement initiatives.Collaborate with various teams to support factory transformation and change projects to ensure the successful integration of various functions.Take informed risks where needed, measuring cost/benefit trade-offs, and working toward enterprise goals.Act as a coach and facilitator when needed.Facilitate and drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions including stretched assignments, coaching or mentoring programs, professional & leadership training to retain and develop talent.Lead change management programs and facilitate organizational change by supporting business leaders to develop plans in line with business strategy. Consult and coach business leaders on organizational change management and employee issues.Support recruitment and hiring solutions at the site.RequirementsMust have at least 8 years working in an HR Business Partner role or HR management position.Must have demonstrated experience partnering with the senior leadership team and leading strategic initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, compensation reviews, succession planning, training & development, culture and engagement.Must have leadership experience in a matrix organization with a manufacturing background
