You will play a crucial role in building and supporting the growth of a new team.In your new role you will:Establish the structure of a data analytics team, including defining roles and resource planning, setting up an effective team accordingly.Set the strategic direction for the analytics function, aligning it with the communication department's objectives.Liaise with senior management to communicate insights, gain support for analytics initiatives, and understand departmental needs.Monitor the effectiveness of analytic tools, reporting and methodologies, ensuring they deliver actionable insights.Stay updated with the latest analytic technologies and trends, incorporating them as necessary.Support the enablement of self-service reporting.You strive for high quality results. You are a team player and willing to cooperate closely with local, global, and cross-functional colleagues. With your hands-on attitude, creativity, and excellent communication skills, you are able to quickly become acquainted with new topics and build lasting relationships with your counterparts.
